• All silver pieces weighing over 7gm are hallmarked with the London assay mark as well as Andrea Eserin's mark.

• All gold pieces are hallmarked

• Jewellery arrives in it's own Andrea Eserin box

• Ring and bangle sizes – it is the customers responsibility to ensure they are ordering the correct ring and bangle size. If you are unable to have your ring size measured at a jewellers I can arrange to post a ring sizer to you for a deposit of £8 which will be refunded on it's return. Bangle size can be made by measuring hand width (squeezed together as if fitting a bangle) and wrist circumference. Please do not hesitate to contact Andrea for more advice andrea@andreaeserin.co.uk

• All gemstones and diamonds used are of high quality. Diamonds are graded G-I colour VS1 clarity

• Andrea is happy to make any of the jewellery in 9ct and 18ct gold as well as platinum.

Delivery Information

• All orders will be delivered free of charge by Special Delivery - a signature will be required on delivery

• International orders will incur extra cost and time for delivery - please contact Andrea directly for information

• You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours of order. It is the customers responsibility to check that all of the information is correct on the order

• Andrea Eserin Jewellery has a 'no quibbles' 7 day return policy. You may return the item in an undamaged condition within it's original box within 7 days. The customer is responsible for the return postage - special delivery requiring a signature on delivery is recommended.
